Position: Engineer - PLC
Location: Chakan (Pune), Maharashtra
Qualifications:Diploma/BE in E&TC/Electrical/Instrumentation with 6 to 8 years' experience
Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience and knowledge of working on Siemens S7-300, ET200s,S7-1500, S7-1200 PLC, modification of HMI
• Programming & troubleshooting knowledge of Siemens Simatic manager, TIA portal, Samanic's ,Micromaster,lenze vector 8200 & 8400 VFD
• Understanding of Profinet,Profibus,ethernet communication protocol
• Understanding & troubleshooting knowledge of SEW euro drive system
• Equipment backup management
• Must be able to go on call when needed
• Ability to work rotating schedule, including off shifts
• Knowledge of industrial safety norms and working protocols.
• Good conversant with problem analysis and solving techniques.
• Electrical and PLC control logic understanding and trouble shooting.
• Corrective maintenance, Maintenance KPIs measuring parameter lime MTTR, MTBF, Availability and OEE.
• Knowledge of cyber security system and its documentation
• Knowledge of siemens VFD and control system and programming - siemens
