Position: Assistant Manager - (Makino CNC Maintenance) 
 
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh 
 
Qualifications: Diploma / BE (Electrical / Mechanical)
 
Responsibilities:

  • Should be able for Maintenance of m/cs and equipment at state of art machine shop consisting of various machines like CNC Makino(A81 , A82), Fanuc control machines , SPM machines e.g Boring, Gun drilling, Milling, Washing , leak test, hyd. Presses, Honing etc.
  • Good knowledge of Spindle assembly, Ball screw assembly & Machine slides. Thorough knowledge of mechanical assembly drawings. He should able to read mechanical drawing. & based on this should be able to open machine sub assembly.                                                                                         
  • Good knowledge of Hydraulic system including various type of pump, Cylinder, solenoids & their maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of Pneumatic system & lubrication system.                                                      
  • Should be familiar with machine controls- Fanucs, Siemens                                                                    
  • Good Knowledge of Fixture maintenance & gear box maintenance.              
  • Good interpersonal skill & should be able to manage shift.                                                                                                         
  • Good in spare parts planning & requirement generation.                                      
  • Good in Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution.                                                                        
  • Carry out of maintenance basics like – Daily data updating, MIS readiness, BD analysis and countermeasures & easy for work with SAP system.                                        
  • Strengthening in daily work management.                                                                    
  • Should be knowledge of IATF (ISO-16949), OHSAS & TPM.                                                                                                                 
  • Well versed in horizontal deployment of Kaizens & improvements.
  • Well versed in cost saving projects. 
  • Well versed in Stand by readiness. 
  • Exposure to ISO 9000 & 14000, TPM & SAP
