Position: Team Leader – Assembly Line Maintenance
Location: Chakan, Pune
Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma (Electrical)
Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant
- Preferably Assembly Shop in shifts independently.
- Mitsubishi PLC troubleshooting, Maintenance & PLC program modification
- TIGHTENING DC Tool troubleshooting, Maintenance & program modification.
- Assembly shop equipment electrical & electronics maintenance
- Overhead Conveyor, EMS, Slat, conveyors maintenance
- Good knowledge of Automation / Robotics system.
- Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR, OEE and implement the same.
- Familiar with TPM, SAP, ISO, IATF, TPM, 5S, Safety, PPCR, PFMEA, MFMEA and problem-solving tools.
- Team Handling, shift management, Assertiveness
- Knowledge of Drive, sensors, software, VFD, PLC, LVDT, Testing, scanner, printer, light curtain, Calibration, validation, Filling machine, marking machine etc.
- Good knowledge/fundamental of software interfacing system
